Projector project projected to project

Notice something new in the dining room? That is not a wall specter, providing you with draft information – no – it is something far better. We are now able to keep the main dining room well-informed on what exactly is pouring. Though thirsty patrons have long browsed our artfully presented libations bible, handily waiting at every table – our draft list changes too often to “book it”. My overly-elaborate, but awesome solution was installing an LED (read: silent) projector that the bar can update on-the-fly.

You’re welcome.

In other news, you killed Pliny the Younger more than TWICE as quickly as last year (per keg). Well done. Let’s do it again next year.

Pliny the Younger

It’s true – it’s that time of year. If you are looking to queue up for your pour, that’s fine – but we make no gaurantee that we will

1) Have any left

2) Get our keg before opening

Last year, our (full 15.5 gallon) keg lasted 4 hours, 22 minutes. This year it may go quicker. As of 2:24, it hasn’t arrived yet – and once it does, it will need to sit for an hour (ish) before we open it, because we aren’t going to waste half the keg to foam. Please do not call regarding Younger. Any updates will be posted on facebook:
